16 Year Old Shot Dead In Seattle Inside CHOP – Police Released Footage

0

“The 16-year-old boy shot dead inside Seattle’s Capitol Hill Organized Protest (CHOP) zone has been named as Antonio Mays Jr.

Mays Jr was killed in the early hours of Monday morning after eyewitnesses say the area’s armed security fired at the Jeep his was driving. A 14-year-old boy was also critically wounded in the shooting.

Seattle police on Wednesday reclaimed their precinct in the city’s ‘occupied’ protest zone after the mayor finally issued an early morning executive order to vacate the area.”DailyMail

Why The Sudden Violence In Seattle?

Maybe the whole CHOP thing wasn’t the greatest idea.

On paper it sounded great sure, but we all knew eventually it would be shut down. So it’s a cop free zone for protesters. (To the best of my knowledge). Then overnight an executive order from the Mayor comes out to shut it all down. Yeah, kind of asking for a WACO situation.

That’s why there have been other people shot included the death of Lorenzo Anderson on June 20th and another 14-year-old that was injured in the shooting that happened Monday morning.

Cops have released what they believe to be more than enough evidence to support their use of force in the recent nights:

Police have released a video documenting the acts of violence inside CHOP over the last few weeks; gunmen are seen prowling on the night of Mays Jr's death
DailyMail.com has contacted police for the latest on their investigation into the fatal shooting to determine where any of those in the video are suspects

Second Teen Killed

At least 23 people were arrested at the Capitol Hill Organized Protest (CHOP) zone Wednesday which has seen two deadly shootings and crime rise by more than 500 per cent in just over three weeks.

A second teen, Lorenzo Anderson, 19, was shot dead on the protest area on June 20.

Police Officer Arrested For Tasing Black Man Twice

white cop tases black guy

Video from DailyMail

How do you find yourself in this situation dude. Look around you. Do you not see what is going on in the world? Do you own a TV? It is not the time to be using any sort of unnecessary force, and on a black man no less. It’s like these cops are trying to be the next national headline.

Oh and to save you the time, yes the officer was white.

“The man falls to the ground, where the officer proceeds lean on his back with his knees. The officer appears to deploy the stun gun on him again, this time while he’s already face down on the ground. At this point, other officers join the initial officer in pushing the man into the ground, where they force handcuffs onto him. – Source

At one point, the victim yells: “I can’t breathe.”

It was at that point, the officer knew his career was over.

A Virginia police officer faces charges after using a stun gun on ...

“A police officer in Fairfax County, Virginia, faces up to three years in prison in connection with his arrest and use of a stun gun on a black man who cried out, “I can’t breathe.”Fairfax County police released bodycam footage of the incident, which appears to show Officer Tyler Timberlake using a stun gun on the man without provocation. In a news conference Saturday night, Chief of Police Col. Edwin C. Roessler Jr. said the footage — dated Friday, June 5 — showed the officer violating the department’s use-of-force policies and committing “criminal acts” that “violate our oath of office” and “ignore the sanctity of human life.”CNN

Now who knows if the guy was purposely saying that because of the popularity of the slogan right now, a lot of people are saying he is at home resting with his family perfectly fine and was just millking the current climate. But in reality, it doesn’t matter. They had the guy on the ground with multiple officers around him. They tased him twice. If he is milking it, good for him. Because that is the American way.

Home | Daily Mail Online

But you’re going to tase a black man twice? On video? Right now? Asking for it my guy…

I’m not going to take a strong stance on this one. Yet, atleast. But for now I really really can’t emphasize enough how mind-boggling it is to me that cops end up in these situations while protests ARE CURRENTLY HAPPENING.

The guy was unarmed if you had multiple cops and you really had to use the taser maybe America’s police really just need to hit the gym.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott Pauses All Reopening, ICU’s At 97% Capacity

We all knew that Texas was one of the states expecting a Corona spike. However, even experts did to expect record breaking numbers to hit this morning. Given the current uptick, Texas reopening has been postponed. Governor Greg Abbott has declared a full state-wise pause on all stages of Texas reopening. New timelines will be declared at a later time.

The state of Texas had an emergency plan in the event of an uptick. The plan was not designed for an emergency of this degree however. The plan involves opening a wing and bringing in 2,000 more beds. Healthcare officials expect these beds to fill up in less than two weeks. So further planning is going to be needed.

“A hospital in Houston, Texas, says its intensive care unit is near capacity as cases of the novel coronavirus continue to surge in The Lone Star State.

Texas Medical Center (TMC), the self-declared largest medical complex in the world, said on Tuesday that 97 percent of its ICU beds are occupied. The normal occupancy rate is 70 to 80 percent.”DailyMail

With the increase of beds also comes an increase in the number of doctors and nurses needed to tend to those patients.

Inevitably, hospitals will see a shortage in staff members and overstretched clinicians will contract the virus themselves.” – DailyMail

Above is a chart predicting the impending cases of Coronavirus if Texas continues it’s current lack of social distancing habits.

Earlier on Thursday, Abbott ordered all licensed hospitals in the hard-hit Bexar, Dallas, Harris and Travis counties to postpone elective procedures in order to protect hospital capacity for Covid-19 patients. Those counties include the state’s largest cities — Houston, San Antonio, Dallas and Austin. There are currently 4,389 Covid-19 patients hospitalized statewide in Texas, up from 2,793 a week ago, according to the state’s health department.” – CNBC

CORONAVIRUS TEXAS: Governor Greg Abbott temporarily halts state's ...

These “elective surgeries” include gender re-assignment. The LGBT community is expected to respond in outrage. Given they protested last time that COVID-19 was deemed more essential than gender-reassignment.

Texas may need to reach out to other states for assistance the same way New York did. Whatever the strategy is, it needs to be decided and implemented ASAP. Until then, Texas reopening dates will be undecided.

NYC Fireworks Mystery Gets Weirder, Video Shows FDNY With Fireworks

NYC Fireworks Mystery

The NYC Fireworks Mystery just took a sharp left.

The plot has thickened. The NYC fireworks mystery has taken a left turn. One of the popular conspiracies already was that this was an NYPD protest. Which would explain the extremely low response rate to firework calls. Despite how aggressive they are getting.

But now we have this video.

“In a Brooklyn neighborhood overrun with nightly illegal fireworks, one resident found out that some of the amateur pyrotechnic aficionados are none other than local FDNY firefighters.

The 33-year-old Crown Heights resident said he and his wife were passing by Ladder 123 on St. John’s Place near Schenectady Avenue at about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday when he saw a group of firefighters ignite what appears to be a fountain firework display.

“As public servants, I feel like they should know better than to light fireworks at 11:30 at night. It’s completely brazen wantonness,” the man said.

“It’s like they didn’t understand why what they were doing is so absurd. It’s late at night, there are kids. You have to be responsible and set an example,” he added.”NY Post

NYC Fireworks Mystery
$6,000 worth of fireworks seized by FDNY, maybe it was the same ladder and they were just having fun?

I think everyone can agree that a member of the FDNY knows better than to shoot off fireworks at 11:30 at night. Right outside the station. During a time when firework complaints have spiked by 4000%.

And I don’t think the member of the FDNY came over because he didn’t understand. Although I’m sure that’s the image he wanted to give off at the time. But watch the video. They light it, turn, see the car and hide behind the wall. They know they shouldn’t be doing it.

So Why In The World Are Members Of The FDNY Partaking In The Fireworks

NYC Fireworks Mystery

Three Possible Theories

1. The fireworks actually are a secret NYPD protest strategy. This would explain the low response rate to firework calls. AND officers not arresting firework smugglers. Or questioning them. So maybe, FDNY is doing fireworks as well in support.

2. The fireworks are a city wide protest for all emergency personnel.

3. (And most likely) The fireworks have become a symbol of anarchy. And anyone who is unhappy right now, even if it is for different reasons, is shooting off fireworks to try and express that.

A Few More Possible Theories On The NYC Fireworks Mystery

  • New York Times journalist Nikole Hannah-Jones formally apologized Monday for retweeting a conspiracy theory that the fireworks are being set off by “government agents” to dampen the Black Lives Matter movement. – Source
  • Some social media users and reports claim that the fireworks are professional—not just typical sparklers or firecrackers—and, with so many Fourth of July celebrations canceled because of the coronavirus pandemic, are being resold to people at mega discounts (the American Pyrotechnics Association, a fireworks trade group, rejected this theory). – Source
  • Vox theorized that the quarantine has gotten us used to the quiet. Less cars, less people. And that we are noticing the fireworks for that reason. – Source

I still think it’s the anarchy symbol. But I’m just a blogger.

But I can still tell this is more serious than the NYPD is acting like it is. It looks like Baghdad in Brooklyn-

How Does The NYPD Plan On Getting To The Bottom Of The NYC Fireworks Mystery?

“On Monday, fed-up residents honked car horns outside Gracie Mansion in an effort to push Mayor Bill de Blasio to take action. The next morning, he announced that a fireworks task force would be created to disrupt the use and supply of illegal fireworks.

The task force will include 10 police officers, 12 fire marshals and 20 investigators from the city sheriff’s office. Sting operations, he said, will “go and get these illegal fireworks at the base.”

“We’re going to go at it hard now,” the mayor added.”NYT

Which then lead to Twitter getting mad. As they always find a way to.

Ok to be fair, the NYPD does NOT have the greatest rep when it comes to undercover sting operations…

Know how to spot an undercover cop! Knowledge is power ...

But if you complain about the fireworks. Then complain about using police to solve it. We will just keep going full circle until we all go deaf.

Which brings me to my final and greatest theory-

Why Are Fireworks Going Off? Why Does The NYPD And DeBlasio Seem To Not Care?

NYC Fireworks Mystery

1. NYPD hires undercover agents to sell super cheap and illegal fireworks to trouble makers.

2. Trouble makers cause trouble as expected.

3. Calls come in, NYPD says they are busy and will get to it.

4. Just when it gets to the breaking point, NYC will “solve” the NYC Fireworks Mystery (aka stop selling fireworks to kids).

5. The fireworks stop, everyone agrees they need the NYPD again, and tensions settle.

Ok tinfoil hat coming off now.

Brooklyn Teen Facing Charges For Throwing Firework Into Home, Injuring Toddler (Video)

0

Another unfortunate event happened during the NYC fireworks this week, leading to an arrest last night. A 15 year old Brooklyn resident has been identified as the suspect for throwing a firework into a Brooklyn residence. The teen was charged with arson and assault in the first degree. However the DA has already noted that more charges may arise as the investigation continues.

Once the video was posted to Snapchat it instantly went viral across Twitter.

Many people were displeased with the actions and talked about how dangerous something like this could be.

When reports came out and the 15 year old was arrested, he learned just how dangerous it can be. The family of 5 that live in the Brooklyn residence were home at the time. Along with over $8,000 in property damages, their 18 month old child was struck in the face and had to be hospitalized.

The family is separately suing in civil court for the lifetime physical scaring that the infant will probably incur.

As of now the 15 year old Brooklyn teen remains unnamed, though he is in custody.

Two Men Caught Smuggling $6,000 Worth Of Fireworks Into NYC, DeBlasio Releases Them

“Matthew King, 35, and Rayval Singh, 22, were returning from a fireworks shopping spree at a store in Pennsylvania when FDNY fire marshals stopped them after they crossed the Goethals Bridge about 5 p.m. Tuesday, officials said.

The marshals were “conducting surveillance to curtail the extensive illegal fireworks condition in our city,” an FDNY statement said. FDNY officials wouldn’t say which store the men were coming from. They were charged with reckless endangerment and unlawful dealing of fireworks, and were released with desk appearance tickets.

Photos of the haul posted on the FDNY’s social media pages show a pile of fireworks labeled “Vendetta,” “Twisted,” “Uproar” and “Thunder Fury.” NY Daily News

The photo above is the fireworks that were seized.

NYC has received over 3,000 complaints of mysterious fireworks going off in the past week alone. And he mayor has done NOTHING in response. So two nights ago NYC residents protested outside his home.

So DeBlasio said he was going to “crack down” on the fireworks but he just let two smugglers go without questioning? DeBlasio, are you the one setting off the fireworks?

“We’re going to start a huge sting operation to go and get these illegal fireworks at the base, meaning everywhere they’re being sold around New York City, and even where they’re being sold in surrounding states,” de Blasio said at a press briefing Tuesday, adding that officers would conduct undercover buys aimed at “finding where the supply is and cutting it off at the knees.”

Forty officers from the city’s sheriff’s office, the NYPD Intelligence Bureau and the FDNY Fire Marshal will be part of a task force tackling the illegal sales.Politico

This is your idea of cracking down DeBlasio? Sezing the fireworks and not arresting the smugglers?

How about we bring them in so we can at least ask them where they were bringing them? If they were going to use them? The city needs answers!

Like I know saying the NYPD, or FDNY, or DeBlasio is behind the NYC fireworks would sound crazy. But if they don’t stop acting so weird about all of this then I might start thinking it too.

4 Manhattan Teens Toss Firework On Sleeping Homeless Man, Killing Him (Video)

*Warning, the following is graphic.*

NYPD is now on the lookout for the 4 teens involved in the recorded murder of a sleeping homeless man in Harlem.

Detectives say it is clear there are atleast 4 involved in the incident, but it is likely that there were others in the vicinity who played a role as well.

The homeless man was dismembered from the blast. Currently the city is unable to identify him.

NYPD is asking for any and all tips leading to the capture and arrest of the attackers.

Unfortunately, this is not the first of these types of attacks. It has turned into a game among certain urban neighborhoods. “Homeless Hunting”.

“New York City announced a multi-agency crackdown on illegal firework Tuesday, after people shooting them off in neighborhoods across the city has been a rampant problem for several weeks. Video from around 4 a.m. Monday shows one of the recent incidents, in which two men are seen throwing a firework at a 66-year-old homeless man who was sleeping. The firework then explodes. The NYPD is investigating, saying the man is in stable condition.” – (Taken from ABC 7 Description On Youtube Video)

It is just one of more than 13,000 complaints involving illegal fireworks received by the city this month — compared to just 32 between June 1 and June 22 in 2019 — leaving many fed up and sparking a drive-by protest with horns honking outside Gracie Mansion overnight.

In response, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced the creation of a task force to crack down on illegal fireworks sales.” – ABC 7

Group Behind Mysterious 10pm NYC Fireworks Has Been Discovered

nyc mysterious fireworks

Anyone who has been living in the NYC or Northern New Jersey area has undoubtedly been hearing these mysterious fireworks that seem to pop up around 9-10pm every night. Like clockwork. Residents in the area have been understandably annoyed at the fireworks. For some, they sound almost dangerously close.

There has been a lot of speculation as to who could be behind these mysterious fireworks in NYC, but a special NYPD task force was assembled to get to the bottom of it. And finally, this mornings there were some arrests made.

NYPD has yet to officially announce the names of the suspects in custody, but they are confident that they have the perpetrators and expect the mysterious NYC fireworks to stop or at least slow down starting immediately.

According to our NYC investigative reporter, the NYPD made 11 arrests in connection to the fireworks.

The individuals arrested all claimed to be apart of the BLM movement. However investigators already have suspicions that this group is the opposite of that. That they are counter-protesters attempting to make the protests look/sound more disruptive than they truly on.

This is a developing story and we will continue to update throughout the day.

Man Arrested For Putting Fake Arrows On Floor Of Ikea And Creating A Labyrinth With No Exit

0

According to Chicago PD, Sylvester Schwartz, age 33, was arrested at an IKEA yesterday afternoon.

Customers who had been lost for hours inside the store had called police for help. On arrival they saw Schwartz and a friend (a minor who was also arrested, name not released) filming a “TikTok” video of the chaos they had created.

Schwartz told the responding officers everything and expected them to see it as a prank. To his surprise he was arrested, and is now facing charges of harassment and false imprisonment.

“It was the most terrifying experience of my life” Explains shopper Susan who experienced the ordeal “We all are following the rules to keep each other safe, I could not leave the store because I could not leave the yellow tape or go backwards. At one point I just sat and cried.”

Many on Twitter are hoping the book gets thrown at him.

One tweet said: “Joking about social distancing during a pandemic for a TikTok? He deserves the chair…”

A bit harsh, in my opinion. I doubt he will get the death penalty but we will see if Schwartz sees any jail time for this stunt.

TikTok has removed the video from its platform.
